Dine vigtigste opgaver bliver at:

  • Tage ansvar for butikkens daglige drift
  • Lede, motivere og udvikle temaet med fokus på salg og service
  • Ansvarlig for at nå de fastlagte budgetter
  • Arbejde målrettet med budgetter, omsætning og butikkens KPI’er
  • Udarbejde vagtplaner og sikre den rette bemanding
  • Holde overblik over lageret og sikre løbende supplering
  • Tage ansvar for butikkens visuelle merchandising og sikre en indbydende præsentation af kollektionerne

HVEM ER DU?

Du har flere års erfaring fra detailbranchen og mindst et par års erfaring som butikschef, gerne inden for mode. Du har et stort drive for salg og shop-drift og ved, hvordan du omsætter mål til resultater gennem tydelig ledelse og et stærkt samarbejde med dit team.

Store Manager for Matinique Concept Store in Kolding

Are you service-minded, flexible, and motivated by sales and shop operations? Then you might be our new Store Manager at the Matinique Concept Store in Kolding.

YOUR ROLE

You will have a varied role with a focus on sales, people and leadership. You will lead by example on the shop floor and give your team the support and direction they need to succeed.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Take responsibility for daily store operations
  • Lead, motivate and develop the team with a focus on sales and service
  • Ensure the store meets its agreed financial targets
  • Actively manage budgets, sales performance and store KPIs
  • Plan staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Maintain an overview of stock levels and ensure regular replenishment
  • Take responsibility for visual merchandising and ensure an appealing presentation of our collections

WHO ARE YOU?

You have several years of retail experience and at least two years of experience as a Store Manager, ideally in fashion. You are driven by sales and store operations and know how to turn goals into results through clear leadership and close collaboration with your team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong interest in fashion
  • Is outgoing and enjoys interacting with people
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Is organised and maintains a clear overview in a busy working environment
  • Is quick to learn and has a strong work ethic
  • Is motivated by achieving results and developing their team
