Als After Care Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en tijdige afhandeling van eventuele punten van nazorg die er zijn na levering van nieuwe clubinrichtingen bij onze klanten. Is dit jouw volgende uitdaging?

Jouw sportieve uitdaging:

In de rol van After Care Coördinator zorg jij voor een correcte en gestructureerde afhandeling van alles wat nazorg nodig heeft na levering. Zodra een melding bij jou terechtkomt, ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en zorg je ervoor dat de case zorgvuldig wordt opgevolgd. Je schakelt met de betrokken interne afdelingen, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat acties tijdig worden uitgezet en opgepakt. Daarbij houd je de klant proactief op de hoogte van de status, vervolgstappen en verwachte doorlooptijd. Met jouw overzicht, nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichte aanpak draag je bij aan een soepel after-deliveryproces en een hoge klanttevredenheid.

Kortom, jouw basisverantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Je schakelt met interne afdelingen zoals Ordermanagement, Planning en Installatiecoördinatie en bewaakt de voortgang van de case;
  • Je legt issues vast in het CRM-systeem, volgt acties op en houdt de klant proactief op de hoogte van de status en vervolgstappen;
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de klant.

De ideale kandidaat heeft:

  • MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau, aanvulling met een opleiding richting technische bedrijfskunde of logistiek is een pré;
  • Minimaal 1 - 3 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Goede kennis van MS Office;
  • Kennis van ERP systemen als CRM en SAP is een pré;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • De mentaliteit van een topsporter, jij gaat ervoor!
