Buscamos alguém com experiência prévia em vendas, que já conheça a rotina comercial e consiga atuar com autonomia, sempre com suporte da liderança e de uma equipe parceira.

  • Realizar contatos ativos e receptivos por telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp.
  • Entender necessidades dos clientes e apresentar as melhores soluções.
  • Prospectar novos clientes e reativar clientes inativos.
  • Manter carteira de clientes atualizada e organizada.
  • Elaborar e enviar cotações e propostas comerciais.
  • Registrar atendimentos no sistema e acompanhar pedidos.
  • Acompanhar prazos de entrega e garantir a satisfação do cliente.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência anterior com vendas internas e/ou televendas.
  • Conhecimento básico de pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Facilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita e bom relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Vivência com atendimento e prospecção de clientes por telefone.
  • Foco em resultados, metas comerciais e perfil persuasivo.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e proatividade para buscar oportunidades.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com atendimento via WhatsApp e e-mail.
  • Vivência em prospecção ativa e reativação de carteira de clientes.
  • Experiência em registrar atividades em CRM ou sistemas de vendas.
