Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em vendas (qualquer segmento).
  • Noção básica sobre carros e marcas automotivas.
  • Perfil hunter, determinado e focado em resultados.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Persuasão, atenção aos detalhes e organização com CRM.
  • Resiliência para lidar com objeções e metas.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência anterior com venda de veículos ou serviços automotivos.
  • Vivência com atendimento consultivo e funil de vendas.
  • Facilidade com fotos, anúncios e cadastro de produtos em sistemas.
  • Histórico de superação de metas e alta performance em vendas.
  • Comissões atrativas, sem limite de ganhos, de acordo com o desempenho.
