Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Refrigeração e Climatização para atuar na manutenção preventiva e corretiva de sistemas de climatização, garantindo o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos, a segurança das operações e a qualidade dos serviços executados.

Procuramos um profissional com conhecimento técnico, organização, proatividade e capacidade de identificar problemas e propor soluções eficientes.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em sistemas de refrigeração e climatização.
  • Realizar diagnósticos elétricos, mecânicos e frigorígenos, incluindo medições e testes.
  • Identificar falhas, analisar suas causas e propor soluções técnicas.
  • Interpretar diagramas, manuais e documentações técnicas.
  • Realizar inspeções conforme o Plano de Manutenção, Operação e Controle (PMOC).
  • Preencher ordens de serviço, registros de manutenção e relatórios técnicos.
  • Cumprir normas de segurança e procedimentos operacionais.
  • Identificar e comunicar necessidades de peças, reparos e serviços adicionais.

Requisitos

  • Formação técnica em Refrigeração e Climatização, Mecânica, Eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada em manutenção de sistemas de climatização.
  • Conhecimento em diagnósticos elétricos, mecânicos e frigorígenos.
  • Habilidade na leitura de diagramas e utilização de instrumentos de medição.
  • Conhecimento em PMOC e normas de segurança aplicáveis.
  • Certificações NR-10 e NR-35 válidas, quando exigidas pelas atividades.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em manutenção de câmaras frias.
  • CNH categoria B.
  • Vivência com manutenção e atendimento em ambientes industriais.

Remuneração e benefícios

💰 Salário: R$ 3.138,85

  • Vale-alimentação: cartão SEICON no valor de R$ 100,00.
  • Assistência médica: convênio SAME após 3 meses de contratação, para o titular, com possibilidade de inclusão de dependentes mediante custo adicional.
  • Seguro de vida em grupo.
  • Refeição no local.

Horário de trabalho

  • Segunda a quinta-feira: das 07h às 17h.
  • Sexta-feira: das 07h às 16h.
  • Intervalo para almoço: 1h30.
  • Sábados: somente mediante demanda ou solicitação do cliente, com pagamento de horas extras conforme a CLT.
