Ben jij iemand die graag technische uitdagingen oplost? Werk je graag zelfstandig en ben je graag onderweg? Dan ben jij de Field Service Technieker die wij zoeken.

Al meer dan 40 jaar helpen wij bedrijven met slimme verpakkingsoplossingen. Vanuit onze technische afdeling Coeman Technics installeren, onderhouden en herstellen we een breed gamma aan verpakkingsmachines. Om onze klanten ook in de toekomst de service te bieden die ze verwachten, zoeken we een extra Field Service Technieker.

Hoe ziet jouw job eruit?

Na een grondige interne opleiding vertrek je elke ochtend rechtstreeks van thuis uit naar jouw klanten (in België en Noord-Frankrijk). Je komt terecht in een gevarieerde functie waarin techniek, autonomie en klantencontact centraal staan.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • het installeren en opstarten van nieuwe verpakkingsmachines;
  • het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud;
  • het opsporen en oplossen van technische storingen;
  • het vervangen en afregelen van onderdelen;
  • het geven van een korte opleiding aan operatoren bij de opstart van nieuwe machines;
  • het correct registreren van jouw interventies;
  • het op orde houden van jouw servicewagen.

Geen enkele dag is dezelfde. De ene dag installeer je een nieuwe machine, de andere dag help je een klant opnieuw op weg na een storing.

Wie ben jij?

Je beschikt over een oplossingsgerichte mindset en voelt je thuis in een servicegerichte functie.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin:

  • je hebt ervaring met interventies en dienstverlening bij bedrijven;
  • je hebt kennis van elektriciteit en mechanica;
  • kennis van PLC of automatisering is een mooie plus, maar geen vereiste;
  • je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid;
  • je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot;
  • je spreekt goed Frans;
  • je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
