BMW of North Haven is seeking a high-performing Automotive Sales Executive to join our award-winning team. As Connecticut’s only BMW Center of Excellence recipient, we operate at a higher standard — in performance, professionalism, and client experience.

This role is designed for a driven sales professional who understands that selling luxury is about more than transactions — it’s about relationships, product mastery, and delivering an exceptional ownership journey from first introduction to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expert-level product knowledge across new and pre-owned BMW inventory
  • Conduct professional needs assessments to match clients with the right vehicle and ownership structure
  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and digital lead management
  • Demonstrate strong closing skills while maintaining integrity and client trust
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM activity
  • Achieve and exceed monthly performance goals
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented sales culture

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • High-level customer service and relationship-building ability
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
