Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα & Δεξιότητες

  • Τουλάχιστον 1 έτος προυπηρεσίας σε εποπτικό ρόλο σε κουζίνα, εστιατόριο ή επιχείρηση εστίασης με έμφαση στο delivery.
  • Γνώση Ελληνικών ή/και Αγγλικών.
  • Εξοικείωση με συστήματα POS και εφαρμογές delivery.
  • Ισχυρές οργανωτικές και ηγητικές δεξιότητες.
  • Θετική στάση , πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και ικανότητα υποστήριξης της ομάδας.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, αξιοπιστία και ετοιμότητα για εργασία σε απαιτητικό και γρήγορο περιβάλλον.

Καθήκοντα & Αρμοδιότητες

  • Προετοιμασία του πόστου κατά την έναρξη της βάρδιας και διασφάλιση της πλήρους επιχειρησιακής ετοιμότητας του.
  • Διασφάλιση ότι όλες οι εργασίες καθαριότητας του πόστου ολοκληρώνονται σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.
  • Επικοινωνία των επιπέδων αποθέματος με την κουζίνα και αντίστοιχη ενημέρωση των συσκευών delivery/aggregators.
  • Συντονισμός όλων των παραγγελιών που λαμβάνονται μέσω των συσκεών delivery/aggregators.
  • Διατήρηση συνεχούς επικοινωνίας με την κουζίνα για τη διασφάλιση ομαλής και αποτελεσματικής ροής εργασίων.
  • Σωστή συσκευασία, αποθήκευση και αποστολή παραγγελιών στους κατάλληλους διανομείς.
  • Διαχείρηση και ανταπόκριση στα σχόλια/αξιολογήσεις πελατών και πλατφορμών delivery κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας.
  • Παρακολούθηση της εσωτερικής επικοινωνίας μέσω email και λήψη κατάλληλων ενεργειών όπου απαιτείται.
  • Ακριβής ολοκλήρωση των διαδικασίων κλεισίματος POS στο τέλος της ημέρας, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της καταμέτρησης και συμφωνίας ταμείου.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen, restaurant, or delivery-focused food business Knowledge of Greek and/or English. Comfortable using POS systems and delivery apps Strong organizational and leadership skills. A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and ability to support the team. Organized, reliable, and ready to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

Set up your section at the beginning of the shift and ensure it is fully ready for operations. Ensure all cleaning duties in your section are completed to hygiene and safety standards. Communicate stock levels with the kitchen and update aggregator devices accordingly. Coordinate all orders received through aggregator devices Maintain continuous communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Correctly package, store, and dispatch orders to the appropriate delivery aggregators. Manage and respond to customer and aggregator feedback during your shift. Follow up on internal email communication and take action where required. Complete POS end-of-day procedures accurately, including cash-up reconciliation.
