Deine Aufgaben

  • Creative Leadership & Big Idea: Du verantwortest die kreative Leitidee für Kunden, Kampagnen & Always-on-Setups und entwickelst Narrative, Tonalitäten, Claims & konzeptionelle Leitplanken
  • Strategische Übersetzung: Du übersetzt Strategie-Inputs in starke kreative Konzepte und entwickelst Format- & Content-Logiken, die skalierbar und performancefähig sind.
  • Pitch & Kunde: Du führst kreative Pitches auf Top-Level, präsentierst Big Ideas sicher vor Entscheider:innen und bist Sparringspartner:in für Kund:innen auf konzeptioneller Ebene.
  • Team & Qualität: Du bist für die fachliche Weiterentwicklung des Kreationsteams zuständig und entwickelst die kreative Flughöhe des gesamten Mawave Teams weiter.
  • Business & Impact: Du arbeitest eng mit Head ofs zur wirtschaftlichen Steuerung zusammen und trägst Verantwortung für Creative Excellence als Umsatztreiber.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast bereits 7+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Creative-, Agentur- oder Social-Media-Umfeld
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Big Ideas & Kampagnenkonzepten mit und hast sehr starke Skills in Storytelling, Tonalität, Konzeption & Creative Direction
  • Du besitzt bereits Führungserfahrung (fachlich oder disziplinarisch)
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Performance-getriebenem Content
  • Du kennst die relevanten wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen im Agenturalltag und verstehst deren Zusammenhänge
  • Hohe Präsentationssicherheit auf Deutsch & Englisch
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
