Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für ein neues Social & Creative Department und darfst dein(e) Team(s) selber hiren.
  • Du entwickelst die strategische Ausrichtung des Bereichs kontinuierlich weiter und trägst dazu bei, bestehende Silos zwischen Unternehmensbereichen aufzubrechen.
  • In der Zusammenarbeit mit Großkund:innen arbeitest du auf strategischer Ebene, entwickelst Projekte gezielt weiter und baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Partnerschaften auf.
  • Du optimierst Prozesse und Workflows, förderst Effizienz und treibst Innovationen voran – beispielsweise durch den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz.
  • Du bist sowohl im New Business als auch in der strategischen Kundenentwicklung involviert und verantwortest die Wirtschaftlichkeit deines Departments.
  • Gemeinsam mit den anderen Department Heads und der Geschäftsführung gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens zur führenden Social Media Outcomes Agentur aktiv mit.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 4 Jahre in einer Führungsrolle.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Führungskräften.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Agenturumfeld sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit allen relevanten wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen für die Leitung eines Unternehmensbereichs einer Agentur.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Erstellung datenbasierter Insights und zur Ableitung strategischer Entscheidungen auf Basis relevanter KPIs.
  • Die Fähigkeit, kreative Impulse zu geben und Kampagnen-Strategien sowie Konzeption maßgebend zu beeinflussen.
  • Empathische, positive Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, dein Team zu inspirieren und zu motivieren.
  • Hohe persönliche und berufliche Wachstumsambitionen sowie der Wille, den Bereich gezielt weiter auszubauen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.
