Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst das vollständige Projektmanagement für deine Kunden im Bereich Paid Social von der strategischen Konzeption über die operative Umsetzung bis hin zur Skalierung.
  • Du konzipierst und entwickelst ganzheitliche Paid Social Strategien für einige der spannendsten und schnellstwachsenden Consumer Brands mit klarem Fokus auf Performance, Skalierung und Profitabilität.
  • Du verantwortest und steuerst ein sechsstelliges monatliches Media Budget mit klaren KPI-Zielen und identifizierst systematisch Skalierungspotenziale.
  • Du setzt datengetriebene Social Media Ads Kampagnen operativ um, strukturierst Accounts professionell, entwickelst Testing-Roadmaps (Creatives, Audiences, Offers) und optimierst Kampagnen kontinuierlich entlang relevanter Performance-Kennzahlen.
  • Du analysierst Performance-Daten, leitest strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab und entwickelst bestehende Kampagnen-Setups kontinuierlich weiter.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mind. 1 - 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media Ads
  • Du hast gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Paid Ads auf den Plattformen von Meta und idealerweise auch TikTok und Pinterest
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Projektmanagement zur Leitung von Kundenprojekten
  • Du hast den Drive dich einzubringen und das Wachstum von Mawave und unseren Kunden maßgeblich mitzuprägen
  • Du hast Spaß daran, in die Daten der Ads Manager einzutauchen und diese zu analysieren, sowie Implikationen zu Handlungsschritten abzuleiten.
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
