Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und diszplinarische Leitung eines neuen Teams bestehend aus Creative Designer:inne und Social Media Manager:innen. Das umfasst die Kapazitätenplanung, Teamorganisation und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder.
  • In regelmäßigen 1:1 erfasst die das aktuelle Wohlbefinden deiner Teammitglieder, erkennst Handlungsbedarf rechtzeitig und begleitest sie bei weiteren möglichen Schritten.
  • Du behältst wirtschaftliche KPIs, wie Marge, Auslastung und Deckungsbeitrag, im Blick und erkennst proaktiv Diskrepanzen. Durch dein wirtschaftliches Verständnis leitest du konkrete Maßnahmen für Projekt- und Teamsteuerung ab, um die Herausforderung zu lösen.
  • Du arbeitest an deinen eigenen Kunden und fungierst hierbei als strategischer:r Projektmanager:in. Du behältst alle wichtigen Aufgaben und Deadlines im Blick, steuerst die Projektbeteiligten und entwickelst den Kunden mit deinem fachlichen Know How weiter.
  • Du wirkst zusammen mit unserem Growth Team an Kundenpitches mit, um unser Business weiter auszubauen.

Dein Profil

  • Du konntest bereits 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer Agentur sammeln und suchst nun nach dem nächsten Karriereschritt als Team Lead
  • Du bringst ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und ihre Bedürfnisse mit und kannst ihnen durch dein Know How Guidance geben.
  • Du kennst die relevanten wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen im Agenturalltag und verstehst deren Zusammenhänge.
  • Du hast bereits Projekte, von der Anfrage bis zur Abrechnung, eigenständig umgesetzt und bist mit den wichtigsten KPIs im Paid Social vertraut.
  • Du überzeugst mit deinen Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, hast Spaß am Kundenkontakt und Erfahrungen in Pitches gesammelt.
  • Du bringst einen selbstständigen, organisierten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil mit ausgeprägter Hands-on Mentalität mit.
  • Kunden auf Deutsch und Englisch zu beraten ist für dich keine Herausforderung.
