Deine Aufgaben

  • Teamführung & Weiterentwicklung: Du führst unser dreiköpfiges Recruiting-Team bestehend aus Senior, Managerin und Werkstudentin. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Performance deiner Teammitglieder und setzt gemeinsam mit ihnen klare Ziele.
  • End-to-End-Recruiting & Candidate Experience: Du verantwortest die Besetzung eigener Positionen. Von der Bedarfsanalyse und Beratung der Fachbereiche bis zur Einstellung. Dabei sorgst du für eine herausragende Candidate Experience.
  • Active Sourcing & Talent Pools: Du baust eine übergreifende Active Sourcing Strategie aus, sprichst Top-Talente direkt an und baust nachhaltige Talent-Pipelines für zukünftige Vakanzen auf.
  • Stakeholder-Management & Reporting: Du bist zentrale Ansprechpartner:in für Hiring Manager:innen und Fachbereiche, berätst sie entlang des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses und schaffst durch aussagekräftige Reportings Transparenz und Vertrauen.
  • Employer Branding & Kampagnen: Du verantwortest unser Employer Branding Budget und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team kreative Recruiting-Kampagnen und Events, die unsere Arbeitgebermarke sichtbar machen und passende Talente erreichen.

Dein Profil

  • Führungserfahrung: Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Führung eines Recruiting-Teams und verstehst es, Teammitglieder individuell in ihrer Entwicklung zu fördern und sie zu Bestleistungen zu motivieren.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität im Recruiting: Du hast weiterhin Freude am operativen Recruiting und Lust dazu, eigene Stellen zu betreuen. Dafür bringst du mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Besetzung nicht technischer Positionen als Inhouse Recruiter:in mit.
  • Recruiting Strategie & Active Sourcing: Du verfügst über fundierte Expertise im Active Sourcing und hast bereits Recruiting Strategien entwickelt und erfolgreich umgesetzt.
  • Employer Branding: Social Media, moderne Recruiting-Trends und die Marketingwelt faszinieren dich. Du hast Freude daran, gemeinsam mit deinem Team Kampagnen und Events für das Employer Branding voranzutreiben.
  • Ownership & Resilienz: Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, handelst proaktiv und lösungsorientiert. In intensiver Phasen, wie z.B. während Hiring Sprints, behältst du den Überblick und setzt klare Prioritäten.
  • Daten & Tools: Du steuerst Recruiting-Prozesse datenbasiert und kannst relevante Kennzahlen in aussagekräftigen Reportings aufbereiten. Mit der Google-Office-Suite und dem LinkedIn Recruiter bist du bestens vertraut. Erfahrung in Personio ist ein Plus.
  • Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst sicher und überzeugend auf Deutsch und Englisch.
