Teamleiter:in Business Services 70 \- 80 %

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams Business Services
  • Verantwortung für die effiziente und kundenorientierte Abwicklung sämtlicher Lizenzierungsprozesse, vom Vertragsmanagement über Produktfreigaben bis zur Fakturierung
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Einhaltung der Fairtrade\-Vorgaben für alle Licensing Geschäftsprozesse sowie Koordination der internationalen Audits
  • Verantwortung für die interne Aufbereitung von Verkaufs\-, Rohstoff\- und Prämiendaten als Basis für die Aufbereitung interner und externer Reportings
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse, insbesondere im Bereich Datenmanagement und KI\-gestützter Anwendungen, sowie Leitung teamübergreifender Projekte im Bereich Lizensierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, Schweizer Marktpartnern und Fairtrade International

Dein Profil

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, Erfahrungen im Detailhandel oder in der Konsumgüterindustrie von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung sowie im Projekt\- und Prozessmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, vernetztes Denken und gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Offene, teamorientierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Organisationsgeschick
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine effiziente und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse, ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil
