The posting

Name of Authority: Chung Cheng High School (Main)

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Stated working time: 42 hours per week excluding lunch, over five days (Monday to Friday) or six days (Monday to Saturday).

• Five-day roster: three days, 11:00am to 8:00pm; two days ending at 9:00pm, with the start time to be confirmed. Each shift includes a 30-minute lunch break.

• Six-day roster: five days, 12:00 noon to 8:00pm; one day, 7:30am to 12:30pm or 12:00 noon to 5:00pm. Each shift includes a 30-minute lunch break.

• Weekend support may be required; on some days work may end at 9:00pm with the start time adjusted.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience performing similar duties.

• At least one year of school experience and experience operating security alarms are preferred.

Job Scopes:

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Manage traffic at school gates and ensure facility users leave at the end of their booked sessions.

2. Switch off electrical equipment and lock rooms and gates when closing the school.

3. Arm and disarm the security alarm system.

4. Clean rooms, clear bins and dispose of waste.

5. Support event traffic management, examination table arrangements and other logistical tasks.

6. Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
