Name of Authority: Fengshan Primary School

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:45am to 4:45pm, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break.

• Service is normally not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

• Saturday or after-hours support may be required for school events, with time off in lieu under the school's guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Animation, Multimedia Design or an Educational Technology-related field.

• Preferred: familiarity with block-based coding and basic programming logic; experience with interactive STEM education platforms is preferred.

• Preferred: proficiency in Windows, macOS/iOS, Android, cloud productivity tools and AI applications.

• Preferred: three years of experience in ICT support, training or educational technology roles.

Job Scopes:

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Create training materials and conduct ICT workshops and lessons for pupils.

2. Conduct ICT workshops for staff.

3. Support ICT processes, including school website updates, digital signage and home-based learning preparation.

4. Maintain school devices, including STEM products, and ICT-related applications.

5. Provide advice and assistance to teachers on ICT-related matters.

6. Perform other ICT tasks and responsibilities assigned by school leaders and the HOD ICT.
