  • Service, repair, and prepare tower crane equipment at the branch or yard prior to erection and deployment.
  • Provide technical expertise and hands-on support during tower crane erection, dismantling, climbing, commissioning, and other major crane operations.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and unplanned service calls, troubleshooting equipment and implementing effective repairs to minimize customer downtime.
  • Work directly with customers and internal teams to identify equipment issues, communicate repair recommendations, and ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively.
  • Read and understand equipment operating manuals, service documentation, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Complete detailed service reports, inspection documentation, repair records, and other required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company, customer, OSHA, and manufacturer safety requirements.
  • Travel to customer and project locations as required, including responding to time-sensitive or emergency service needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Experience working with PLCs, computerized diagnostic systems, or other electronic control systems preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment using appropriate tools and testing equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in field-service environments.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer and project locations.

  • Experience with Liebherr, Potain, Terex, or other tower crane equipment.
  • Electrical, industrial maintenance, diesel technology, heavy equipment, or related technical training.
  • Experience with PLC programming, controls, VFDs, or industrial automation systems.
  • NCCCO or other relevant crane-related certifications.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving complex equipment problems and isn't afraid to get into the field and figure things out. You'll work on sophisticated tower crane systems, support major crane operations, and serve as a technical resource for customers and internal teams. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
