Ter versterking van ons team bij Lareco Infra NV zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Landmeter Bouw & Infra. Als landmeter speel je een cruciale rol binnen onze bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten.

Je staat in voor het uitvoeren van nauwkeurige opmetingen en uitzetwerken, zowel in de voorbereidingsfase als tijdens de uitvoering van de werken. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders en uitvoerende teams om projecten correct en efficiënt te realiseren.

Je komt terecht in een stabiele, voltijdse functie in daguren, met een contract van onbepaalde duur. Zo krijg je de ruimte om je op lange termijn te ontwikkelen binnen het team en de organisatie.

Wie ben jij?

Voor deze functie is een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands vereist, evenals een rijbewijs B.

Je beschikt over een academische of professionele bachelor in de richting Bouw, of hebt een gelijkwaardige opleiding door ervaring. Daarnaast heb je minstens twee jaar relevante werkervaring.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Landmeten of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen bouw- en/of infrastructuurwerken.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met gangbare meetsoftware en CAD-toepassingen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt graag zowel op kantoor als op de werf.

Wat zijn je taken?

  • Uitvoeren van topografische opmetingen op werven.
  • Uitzetten van gebouwen, wegeniswerken, rioleringswerken en andere infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Verwerken en analyseren van meetgegevens.
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van terreinmodellen en as-built dossiers.
  • Ondersteunen van projectleiders en werfleiders met technische meetgegevens.
  • Controleren van uitgevoerde werken op maatvoering en conformiteit.
  • Werken met GPS-, total station- en andere moderne meetapparatuur.
  • Rapporteren van meetresultaten en afwijkingen.
