FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING

Als vakman waterbouw ben je een belangrijke schakel in de uitvoering van waterbouwkundige werken. Samen met ervaren en gezellige collega’s realiseer je bruggen, sluizen, beschoeiingen en andere waterbouwkundige werken. Met jouw technische kennis en kunde weet jij werkzaamheden volgens de tekeningen en binnen de planning uit te voeren. Je bent gedreven en doet er alles aan om samen met je collega’s een perfect eindresultaat neer te zetten. Een echte teamplayer dus!

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Van sluizen en gemalen in de polder tot kademuren in de binnenstad: als Vakman Beton- en Waterbouw zit er veel variatie in je werk. Hier moet je dus echt van houden. Doordat je zo breed inzetbaar bent, werk je ook met verschillende materialen zoals beton, metselwerk/natuursteen, hout, staal en grond. De ene dag heb je een schaaf of trilnaald in je handen en de andere dag rijd je rond op de heftruck of dumper.

WAT KRIJG JE HIERVOOR TERUG?

Je komt te werken in een hecht familiebedrijf. Je werkt in een team met ongeveer 20 vaste medewerkers. Je hebt dus een warme band met collega’s. Tijdens het werk is er ook altijd ruimte voor gezelligheid! Daarnaast krijg je:

  • Een salaris tussen de €3000,- en €4000,- bruto per maand (we betalen je per 4 weken);
  • Een afwisselende baan van maandag tot en met vrijdag, we werken zelden in het weekend;
  • Werktijden van 07.00 tot 16.00 uur, we maken weinig tot geen overuren;
  • Veel vrije dagen! Je krijgt 25 vakantiedagen en 20 roostervrije dagen!
  • Doorgroeimogelijkheden als voorman of uitvoerder;
  • Begeleiding door ervaren en gezellige collega’s.

WIE BEN JIJ?

Je bent proactief en een echte aanpakker! Je bent gewend om vieze handen te krijgen. Daarnaast kom je veel te werken in de buitenlucht. Dat kan met mooi weer zijn, maar ook met regen. Jij vindt dit geen probleem en kunt tegen een flinke regenbui! Daarnaast heb je:

  • MBO werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met relevante opleiding of ervaring in de weg- en waterbouw;
  • Een VCA-basis (of je bent bereid deze te halen);
  • Een rijbewijs B;
  • Een gemotiveerde en proactieve houding;
  • Stressbestendig. Je kunt goed werk afleveren onder tijdsdruk.
