Ben jij een ervaren B2B-telemarketeer uit Vlaanderen die sterke gesprekken kan voeren met ondernemers en HR-verantwoordelijken? Werk je graag zelfstandig, maar met een duidelijke structuur en sterke propositie? Dan is dit misschien iets voor jou.

Over Maximizd Maximizd is een snelgroeiende recruitment marketing agency actief in Nederland en België. Wij helpen bedrijven structureel nieuwe medewerkers aan te trekken via slimme campagnes, employer branding en een continu wervingssysteem.

Geen klassieke interim of CV-doorstuurpraktijken, maar een strategische aanpak. We werken ondertussen met meer dan 700 bedrijven samen, van Kmo’s tot grotere organisaties.

Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Vlaamse B2B-telemarketeer die kwalitatieve afspraken inplant voor onze sales consultant.

Wat ga je doen? - Bedrijven in België telefonisch benaderen (cold calling) - HR-verantwoordelijken en zaakvoerders aanspreken rond hun wervingsuitdagingen - Interesse detecteren en kwalitatieve demo afspraken inplannen - Relevante informatie verzamelen (vacatures, urgentie, huidige aanpak) - Werken met duidelijke doelstellingen, zonder agressieve callcenterdruk

Je voert echte gesprekken en verkoopt geen loze beloftes. Je spreekt bedrijven aan op concrete problemen die ze vandaag ervaren.

Wie zoeken we? We zoeken geen “scriptlezer”, maar een professionele gesprekspartner.

Jij: - Hebt aantoonbare ervaring in B2B-telemarketing of acquisitie - Hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in recruitment of HR - Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands (Vlaams) - Durft koud te bellen en voelt je comfortabel aan de telefoon - Kan snel schakelen en doorvragen - Werkt zelfstandig en resultaatgericht - Bent betrouwbaar en komt afspraken na
