The posting

Missão: Realizar as atividades da área de Pesquisa & Desenvolvimento, considerando as necessidades de lançamento de produtos e adequação das formulações em linha.

Experiência: Experiência em desenvolvimento farmacotécnico e/ou processos industriais, com conhecimento em formulações, excipientes, matérias-primas, formas farmacêuticas e processos produtivos. Desejável experiência em otimização de formulações, transferência de tecnologia e scale-up industrial.

Formação:

Mínimo: Ensino Superior completo em Farmácia, Engenharia Química, Engenharia de Alimentos ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos: Desenvolvimento farmacotécnico, formulações e funcionalidades tecnológicas de excipientes, processos produtivos de comprimidos, cápsulas, líquidos, softgel, gummies e/ou pós, Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF), Boas Práticas de Laboratório (BPL) e documentação técnica. Capacidade de análise crítica, investigação técnica e interpretação de resultados.

Desejável: Conhecimento em ferramentas de investigação de causa-raiz, análise de riscos, otimização de formulações e processos industriais, transferência de tecnologia e scale-up.

Competências comportamentais: Pensamento analítico, crítico e investigativo; proatividade e orientação para soluções; organização, planejamento e capacidade de priorização; autonomia e senso de responsabilidade; comunicação clara, objetiva e assertiva; colaboração e bom relacionamento interpessoal; adaptabilidade, maturidade profissional e abertura ao feedback.

Atividades:

  • Desenvolver, avaliar e otimizar formulações de suplementos alimentares, considerando desempenho tecnológico, qualidade e viabilidade industrial;
  • Planejar, executar e acompanhar testes de bancada, lotes-piloto e testes industriais;
  • Avaliar as características físico-químicas e tecnológicas de matérias-primas, excipientes e produtos;
  • Investigar tecnicamente e otimizar formulações e processos produtivos;
  • Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, reformulação, transferência de tecnologia e gestão do ciclo de vida dos produtos;
  • Elaborar e revisar documentação técnica, especificações, fórmulas e relatórios de desenvolvimento;
  • Dar suporte à Produção, Qualidade e demais áreas envolvidas nos projetos de desenvolvimento de produtos;
  • Acompanhar a produção dos primeiros lotes industriais, contribuindo para a adequação dos processos e a viabilidade produtiva;
  • Executar suas atividades em conformidade com as normas e procedimentos técnicos, de segurança, qualidade e preservação ambiental;
  • Participar ativamente das reuniões, compromissos e treinamentos da empresa, quando solicitado;
  • Promover suporte operacional à área de trabalho e executar outras tarefas de mesma natureza e nível de dificuldade e/ou determinadas pelo superior imediato;
  • Executar suas atividades em conformidade com a cultura Maxinutri e as Boas Práticas de Fabricação, garantindo que os produtos sejam produzidos e controlados de acordo com os padrões necessários de qualidade;
  • Praticar ações que garantam a Segurança de Alimentos, de acordo com a cultura Maxinutri, aplicando as normas de Food Defense e Food Fraud estabelecidas na matriz da Qualidade;
  • Desenvolver suas atividades de acordo com o Código de Ética e Conduta da empresa, respeitando as normas, diretrizes e regras internas.
