Senior Manufacturing Data Architect – Snowflake, MES & Industrial Data

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a profesional Senior especializado/a en Arquitectura de Datos aplicada a Manufactura y Operaciones de Planta, para sumarse a un importante proyecto de Data Transformation dentro de una compañía multinacional de la industria de alimentos y consumo masivo.

La posición tendrá un rol clave en la evolución del ecosistema de datos industrial, conectando el mundo de Manufacturing & Operations con plataformas modernas de Data, Analytics y Cloud.

Buscamos un perfil capaz de comprender procesos industriales complejos y transformarlos en arquitecturas de datos escalables, integradas y de alto rendimiento.

EL DESAFÍO

La persona seleccionada será responsable de diseñar, construir y gestionar la arquitectura de datos vinculada a manufactura y operaciones de planta, integrando información proveniente de múltiples sistemas industriales y empresariales.

El desafío combina conocimientos de arquitectura, modelado de datos y plataformas modernas con una comprensión concreta del funcionamiento de entornos productivos.

Será fundamental poder traducir necesidades de negocio y operación en soluciones de datos robustas, escalables y sostenibles.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Diseñar y evolucionar la arquitectura de datos para Manufactura y Operaciones de Planta.
  • Definir e implementar modelos de datos empresariales.
  • Traducir requerimientos funcionales y operativos en soluciones técnicas escalables.
  • Diseñar integraciones entre sistemas industriales, plataformas corporativas y soluciones de Data.
  • Trabajar con información proveniente de entornos MES, SCADA, ERP, LIMS y CMMS/EAM.
  • Diseñar soluciones sobre Snowflake.
  • Participar en la implementación y evolución de Semantic Layers.
  • Trabajar con dbt en procesos de transformación y modelado.
  • Participar en soluciones basadas en Snowflake Cortex.
  • Trabajar con Snowpark y Python.
  • Colaborar con equipos de Arquitectura, Data, Manufactura, Operaciones y Negocio.
  • Asegurar buenas prácticas de integración, arquitectura, calidad, performance y escalabilidad.

PERFIL QUE BUSCAMOS

  • 5 años o más de experiencia en diseño e implementación de modelos de datos empresariales.
  • Experiencia sólida en Arquitectura de Datos.
  • Conocimiento de procesos y operaciones de Manufactura.
  • Experiencia y/o conocimientos sólidos en sistemas MES.
  • Conocimiento de plataformas SCADA.
  • Experiencia trabajando con sistemas ERP.
  • Conocimiento de LIMS.
  • Experiencia y/o conocimiento de soluciones CMMS/EAM.
  • Experiencia con Snowflake.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos en Semantic Layers.
  • Experiencia con dbt.
  • Conocimientos de Snowflake Cortex.
  • Experiencia con Snowpark y/o Python.
  • Capacidad para traducir requerimientos de negocio en soluciones técnicas escalables y de alto rendimiento.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Inglés avanzado, requerido para el desarrollo habitual del rol.
