Consultor/a SAP Logística – Transporte y Fletes (TM)

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group busca Consultores/as SAP TM (Transportation Management), para roles Front-End y Back-End, para sumarse a un servicio AMS de largo plazo sobre SAP S/4HANA en una compañía líder del sector energético / Oil & Gas.

Los roles se integran a una célula ágil de consultores funcionales y técnicos, con foco en la planificación y ejecución del transporte, las órdenes de flete y la liquidación de fletes.

EL DESAFÍO

El transporte es una de las palancas de costo más relevantes de la operación: planificar bien, ejecutar a tiempo y liquidar los fletes sin errores es clave para el negocio.

Según el rol, vas a ser referente funcional o soporte especializado de TM dentro de una célula ágil, sosteniendo la operación diaria y llevando adelante evolutivos sobre S/4HANA.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Front-End: ser referente funcional de SAP TM en el servicio de soporte y evolución.
  • Back-End: dar soporte funcional y resolver GAPs del módulo junto al referente.
  • Gestionar los procesos de planificación y ejecución del transporte, órdenes de flete y liquidación de fletes.
  • Relevar requerimientos con usuarios clave y traducirlos en diseño funcional.
  • Configurar el módulo y acompañar desarrollos, pruebas integrales y pruebas de aceptación (UAT).
  • Resolver incidentes y evolutivos dentro de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio, con análisis de causa raíz.
  • Documentar soluciones y transferir conocimiento al equipo y a los usuarios.

REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

  • Experiencia funcional comprobable en SAP TM (Transportation Management), según el rol: Front-End (referente funcional), al menos 10 años en la especialidad; Back-End (soporte funcional y GAPs), al menos 3 años.
  • Experiencia en planificación y ejecución del transporte, órdenes de flete (freight orders) y liquidación de fletes (freight settlement).
  • Experiencia real en SAP S/4HANA (proyectos o servicios AMS). No aplica experiencia limitada a R/3 / ECC.
  • Ciclo funcional: relevamiento de requerimientos, diseño funcional, configuración y pruebas.
  • Para el rol Front-End: experiencia con SAP Activate o ASAP.

CONOCIMIENTOS DESEABLES

  • Experiencia en SAP TM sobre S/4HANA (embebido o advanced).
  • Integración de TM con SD, MM y FI.
  • Experiencia previa en la industria Oil & Gas o en transporte de graneles.
