Sobre la posición

Buscamos un/a Consultor/a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Argentina para incorporarse a un equipo de Application Support, trabajando sobre procesos productivos de nómina y brindando soporte funcional de nivel avanzado.

La posición requiere experiencia concreta y hands-on en SAP HCM Payroll Argentina, tanto en soporte productivo como en análisis funcional, configuración, resolución de incidentes y evolución de la solución.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Brindar soporte funcional SAP HCM Payroll sobre ambientes productivos.
  • Analizar y resolver incidentes, requerimientos y problemas asociados a nómina.
  • Trabajar con reglas, esquemas, conceptos y configuración de Payroll Argentina.
  • Realizar análisis funcional de procesos de liquidación y post-liquidación.
  • Participar en evolutivos, mejoras y change requests.
  • Preparar especificaciones funcionales para desarrollos ABAP.
  • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales y acompañar validaciones hasta productivo.
  • Documentar soluciones, configuraciones y procedimientos.
  • Interactuar con equipos técnicos, funcionales y stakeholders del negocio.
  • Actuar como referente funcional dentro del alcance asignado.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia sólida como Consultor/a Funcional SAP HCM Payroll Argentina.
  • Experiencia hands-on en configuración y mantenimiento de nómina.
  • Conocimiento de reglas, esquemas, conceptos y procesos de Payroll.
  • Experiencia en soporte productivo y resolución de incidentes.
  • Conocimiento funcional de Administración de Personal (PA).
  • Experiencia en procesos de post-payroll y contabilización.
  • Capacidad para elaborar especificaciones funcionales para desarrollos ABAP.
  • Experiencia realizando testing funcional y seguimiento hasta puesta en producción.
  • Conocimiento actualizado de legislación laboral y de nómina Argentina.
  • Autonomía para analizar, diagnosticar y resolver problemáticas funcionales complejas.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia adicional en PT y/o OM.
  • Conocimientos de ABAP que faciliten el análisis funcional/técnico.
  • Participación en implementaciones o ciclos completos SAP HCM.
  • Experiencia en contextos de Application Management Services / soporte evolutivo.
