En esta oportunidad, colaboramos con una multinacional norteamericana del rubro tecnológico, reconocida globalmente por su excelencia y expansión constante.

¿Cuál será tu rol? Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Consultor/a Sr. SAP HCM Payroll (PY-AR) para liderar una implementación S/4HANA en un cliente del sector energético. Se trata de una posición estratégica, con foco en nómina y procesos end-to-end de RRHH.

Requisitos técnicos clave: - +5 años de experiencia en SAP HCM - Expertise sólida en Payroll argentino: esquemas, reglas, procesos de liquidación - Participación en implementaciones SAP S/4HANA (transición desde ECC) - Conocimiento de normativa laboral y cargas sociales en Argentina ️- Dominio de submódulos: OM/PA, PT, PY - Experiencia liderando equipos funcionales y gestionando interlocución con negocio y áreas técnicas - Documentación, UAT, detección de GAPs, soporte post go-live - ⭐ Se valora experiencia en proyectos del rubro energía y conocimiento de localizaciones LATAM

Responsabilidades principales: - Liderar la implementación de SAP HCM PY en contexto S/4HANA - Asegurar la correcta configuración funcional de procesos de nómina - Coordinar actividades con equipos técnicos y usuarios clave - Documentar procesos, gestionar pruebas y brindar soporte funcional - Garantizar cumplimiento de normativa laboral local
