En esta ocasión, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Consultor SAP PM (SSr/Sr) para cubrir una vacante de nuestro socio en Buenos Aires. Nuestro Partner se trata de una multinacional norteamericana de tecnología y consultoría, con IMPORTANTE reconocimiento y trayectoria a nivel internacional, amplia presencia a los largo del globo con distintos servicios de Tecnología y en continua expansión. Excelentes posibilidades de crecimiento y estabilidad en puesto a largo plazo.

Se requieren candidatos de Argentina para trabajar bajo modalidad Relación de Dependencia (RRDD) con nosotros y disponibilidad para trabajar de Lunes a Viernes Full Time(no se admite ni part-time ni ondemand de momento), Modalidad de trabajo Remota con eventuales asistencias (a confirmar perioricidad) en CABA si eres de AMBA, sino Full Remoto si eres del interior.

La búsqueda está orientada a cubrir las necesidades de un Servicio AMS a largo plazo que comienza fines de Febrero y principios de Marzo 2025. Rubro Energía.

Skills / Requisitos Técnicos: - Experiencia comprobada como Consultor SAP Senior en el módulo de Mantenimiento (SAP PM), con al menos 5 años de trayectoria en servicios gestionados de aplicaciones SAP (AMS). - Conocimiento integral del ciclo completo del proceso de mantenimiento, incluyendo mantenimiento correctivo y planificado, hojas de entrada de servicio y hojas de ruta. - Experiencia en la gestión de procesos de mantenimiento en grandes empresas, preferentemente en el sector petrolero. - Habilidad para gestionar incidentes en SAP PM, evaluando su criticidad, asignando al perfil adecuado para su resolución, y cumpliendo con los SLAs establecidos. - Capacidad para identificar la causa raíz de problemas y proponer soluciones técnicas efectivas en el módulo SAP PM. - Experiencia en soporte técnico a usuarios finales, ofreciendo orientación en el uso adecuado de la plataforma SAP. - Experiencia en la supervisión y monitoreo de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) y en la generación de reportes para evaluar el desempeño del servicio. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente, con un enfoque orientado a la resolución efectiva de problemas. - Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para manejar tareas complejas de manera eficiente. - Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
