Consultor/a de Seguridad Aplicativa (AppSec)

Ubicación: Microcentro, CABA

Modalidad: Híbrida (4 días presencial + 1 día home office)

Inicio: Inmediato

Tipo de contratación: Relación de dependencia (RRDD)

Sobre el rol

Buscamos un perfil con al menos 2 años de experiencia en seguridad aplicativa, con fuerte orientación a la gestión, seguimiento de iniciativas y trabajo colaborativo con equipos de desarrollo.

La posición tendrá un rol clave asesorando, acompañando y asegurando la correcta implementación de prácticas de seguridad dentro del ciclo de desarrollo.

Principales responsabilidades

- Asesorar a equipos de desarrollo en seguridad aplicativa - Realizar análisis de vulnerabilidades y proponer planes de remediación - Acompañar iniciativas dentro de tracks de desarrollo asegurandocumplimiento de estándares de seguridad - Participar en sesiones de ciberseguridad (CoE, Blue Team, Arquitectura, etc.) - Monitorear el avance de actividades de seguridad en los equipos asignados - Proponer alternativas de mitigación frente a vulnerabilidades detectadas - Asegurar cumplimiento de normativas internas y externas - Generar reportes de gestión, newsletters y entregables para comités - Realizar seguimiento de la remediación de vulnerabilidades

Threat Modeling

- Ejecutar procesos de modelado de amenazas - Identificar activos críticos, amenazas y vulnerabilidades - Definir requisitos de seguridad y estrategias de mitigación - Asesorar a equipos en la comprensión y tratamiento de riesgos - Monitorear implementación de controles de seguridad - Revisar diagramas de arquitectura - Generar reportes y métricas para gestión y comité de seguridad

Requisitos

- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en seguridad aplicativa (AppSec) - Experiencia en gestión de vulnerabilidades - Conocimientos en Threat Modeling - Experiencia trabajando con equipos de desarrollo - Capacidad de gestión, seguimiento y coordinación - Experiencia en elaboración de reportes y documentación - Buen nivel de comunicación y trabajo interdisciplinario

- Experiencia en entornos bancarios o financieros - Conocimientos de arquitectura de aplicaciones - Experiencia en interacción con áreas de ciberseguridad y arquitectura
