MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group es una empresa con sede en Belgrado y oficinas en Buenos Aires y Tampa, especializada en outsourcing de servicios, staffing de proyectos y búsqueda de profesionales IT, SAP y de negocios.

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Especialista IBM Netcool / NOI Senior para sumarse a un proyecto de importante compañía del rubro telecomunicaciones, en el marco de una posición bajo relación de dependencia directa con nuestro partner de capitales americanos.

- Modalidad: Full remoto, con eventual asistencia a oficinas en caso de ser requerido en el centro porteño

- Inicio: Inmediato

- Duración estimada: 6 meses

- Asignación: Full-time

Sobre el rol

Buscamos un perfil senior con sólida experiencia en implementación, operación y optimización de soluciones IBM Netcool, orientado a entornos críticos de alta escala, principalmente dentro de la industria TELCO.

La posición requiere experiencia en integración end-to-end de eventos, automatización de workflows y troubleshooting avanzado, participando activamente en la evolución y estabilidad de plataformas de monitoreo complejas.

Requisitos técnicos

- Experiencia comprobable en IBM Netcool Operations Insight (NOI)

- Conocimientos sólidos en OMNIbus, Impact e ITNM

- Experiencia en implementación y operación de soluciones IBM Netcool

- Manejo de correlación y gestión de eventos en entornos de misión crítica

- Desarrollo y mantenimiento de reglas en: -> Probe Rules -> IPL -> JavaScript - Experiencia en integraciones end-to-end de eventos y automatización de procesos - Consumo de APIs - Manejo de bases de datos SQL - Capacidad de troubleshooting avanzado en ambientes de alta escala

Se valorará

- Conocimientos en redes - Experiencia o nociones en AIOps - Conocimientos de performance tuning - Optimización de plataformas y entornos de monitoreo

Responsabilidades principales

- Implementar, administrar y dar soporte a soluciones basadas en IBM Netcool

- Diseñar y mantener integraciones de eventos de punta a punta

- Desarrollar y ajustar reglas de procesamiento y correlación

- Automatizar workflows para mejorar la eficiencia operativa

- Resolver incidentes complejos y realizar troubleshooting técnico sobre plataformas críticas

- Colaborar en la optimización del rendimiento y estabilidad del entorno de monitoreo

- Acompañar iniciativas de mejora continua en contextos de alta exigencia operativa

Condiciones de contratación

- Posición bajo RRDD - Proyecto de 6 meses - Modalidad 100% remota, salvo eventualidades que puedan requerir asistencia presencial
