Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Montage, Integration und Aufbau von Aerospace Einheiten (Engineering, Qualification, Flight Models sowie Kleinserien)
  • Präzise Durchführung von Montagearbeiten nach Zeichnungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Aerospace Qualitäts\-Standards
  • Kabelbearbeitung und Herstellung von Kabelbäumen nach technischen Vorgaben
  • Durchführung von Messungen, Funktionschecks und Probeläufen in Zusammenarbeit mit den AIT Engineers (Production Engineer Aerospace)
  • Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten sowie Erstellung von Montage\- und Messprotokollen
  • Durchführung spezialisierter Prozesse wie Löten, Crimpen, Kleben, Pressen oder feinmechanischer Montagearbeiten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Montagehilfen, Vorrichtungen und Betriebsmitteln

Dieser ist genau richtig für Sie, wenn Sie...

  • eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung als Polymechaniker:in, Automatiker:in, Mechatroniker:in mitbringen.
  • Erfahrung in der Montage präziser Baugruppen und in der Kabelkonfektion haben.
  • sich mit den Fertigungs\-Standards in regulierten oder hochpräzisen Branchen wie Aerospace, MedTech, Uhrenindustrie, Feinmechanik oder der High\-End\-Industrie auskennen.
  • eine sorgfältige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise mitbringen.
  • Freude an praktischer und feinmechanischer Arbeit haben.
  • sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift haben.
