Als Produktionsingenieur:in bist du bei maxon dort, wo Engineering und Produktion aufeinandertreffen. Du löst technische Herausforderungen, optimierst Prozesse und begleitest neue Produkte auf ihrem Weg in die Serienfertigung. Dabei hast du direkten Einfluss auf Qualität, Effizienz und Prozesssicherheit – und kannst deine Ideen wirklich umsetzen. Deshalb suchen wir dich.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Technische Unterstützung der Produktion bei Störungen, Anlagenproblemen und Material\-Nichtkonformitäten
  • Verbesserungsmassnahmen initiieren und umsetzen – mit Fokus auf Qualität, Kosten, Durchlaufzeit und Prozesssicherheit
  • Neue Produkte und Prozesse in die Serienfertigung begleiten – von der Industrialisierung bis zur Qualifizierung und Validierung
  • Stammdaten, Fertigungsdokumente und Arbeitsanweisungen erstellen und pflegen
  • Kundenspezifische Lösungen in Form von Produktmodifikationen von der Machbarkeitsanalyse bis zur Umsetzung begleiten
  • Teilprojekte bei der Industrialisierung von Produkten, Baugruppen und Systemen übernehmen
  • Neue Anlagen, Betriebs\- und Prüfmittel technisch auslegen, beschaffen und in Betrieb nehmen
  • Kundenretouren bearbeiten und bei 8D\-Prozessen mitwirken

Dieser ist genau richtig für dich, wenn du ...

* eine technische Grundbildung (EFZ), vorzugsweise als Polymechaniker:in oder Konstrukteur:in sowie einen Abschluss als Techniker:in HF hast oder alternativ ein Studium als Ingenieur:in in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Produktionstechnik oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Zudem bringst du idealerweise mit: * Erfahrung in Produktions\-Engineering, Automation oder Serienfertigung gesammelt hast * über Erfahrung in der Projektierung, Beschaffung und Inbetriebnahme von Betriebsmitteln und Fertigungsanlagen verfügst * Freude daran hast, selbst anzupacken und präzise Lösungen zu entwickeln * einen \-Mindset und Lust darauf hast, mit KI\-Werkzeugen neue Wege zu gehen und Prozesse anders zu gestalten gesagt: Du bist technisch versiert, lösungsorientiert und hast Lust, Dinge nicht nur zu analysieren, sondern wirklich umzusetzen.
