Estamos conduzindo uma oportunidade para Advogado(a) Sênior em um grupo empresarial de grande porte, com atuação em um ambiente corporativo dinâmico e estratégico.Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência jurídica, visão de negócios e capacidade de atuar de forma consultiva, apoiando decisões estratégicas, mitigando riscos e garantindo segurança jurídica às operações da companhia e de suas controladas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como parceiro jurídico das áreas de negócio, oferecendo suporte consultivo e estratégico.Analisar riscos regulatórios e propor recomendações jurídicas para mitigação de impactos.Apoiar estratégias relacionadas a consultas públicas e processos regulatórios.Acompanhar processos judiciais e contenciosos, monitorando riscos, resultados e atuação de escritórios externos.Apoiar análises e discussões tributárias relevantes para as empresas do grupo.Prestar suporte jurídico em projetos estratégicos, investimentos e novos negócios.Elaborar, revisar e negociar contratos e instrumentos jurídicos.Apoiar temas jurídicos das controladas, promovendo alinhamento de diretrizes e políticas corporativas.Elaborar pareceres jurídicos e apoiar auditorias internas e externas.Assegurar conformidade com a legislação e políticas internas, incluindo compliance e proteção de dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Direito.Registro ativo na OAB.Pós-graduação ou especialização na área jurídica.Inglês intermediário.Experiência em atividades jurídicas consultivas e corporativas.Vivência na análise de riscos jurídicos e no relacionamento com diferentes áreas de negócio.Capacidade de conduzir temas jurídicos complexos com autonomia e visão estratégica.Informações adicionaisModelo de Trabalho hibrido3 dias presencias 2 remotos ( Faria Lima )
