Estamos conduzindo um processo seletivo confidencial para um empreendimento exclusivo de hotelaria de luxo, localizado no litoral da Bahia.Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida experiência em gestão de operações hoteleiras de alto padrão, incluindo hospedagem, gastronomia e serviços personalizados.O desafio será assegurar a excelência de toda a operação, proporcionando experiências memoráveis a um público altamente exigente, incluindo hóspedes VIPs, artistas, celebridades e clientes de alto poder aquisitivo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar integralmente a operação diária do empreendimento, garantindo elevados padrões de qualidade, hospitalidade e excelência nos serviços.Liderar as áreas de recepção, hospedagem, governança, manutenção, restaurante e Alimentos & Bebidas (A&B).Gerenciar a operação do restaurante, supervisionando atendimento, salão, cozinha, bar, qualidade dos serviços e experiência gastronômica dos hóspedes.Garantir a integração entre as equipes de hospedagem e restaurante, proporcionando uma experiência consistente e personalizada.Acompanhar os padrões de apresentação dos pratos, qualidade dos alimentos, tempo de atendimento e excelência dos serviços de salão.Supervisionar processos operacionais de A&B, incluindo estoques, desperdícios, fornecedores e controle de custos.Atuar diretamente no relacionamento com hóspedes VIPs, celebridades, artistas e clientes de alto poder aquisitivo, assegurando discrição, privacidade e confidencialidade.Antecipar necessidades e coordenar experiências exclusivas, solicitações especiais e atendimentos personalizados.Liderar, desenvolver e capacitar equipes, promovendo uma cultura de hospitalidade e excelência.Estabelecer e monitorar padrões de serviço compatíveis com a hotelaria internacional de luxo.Acompanhar indicadores de satisfação dos hóspedes, qualidade dos serviços e eficiência operacional.Solucionar situações críticas e demandas especiais com agilidade, diplomacia e profissionalismo.Manter presença ativa na operação, garantindo atenção aos detalhes e consistência na entrega dos serviços.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em gestão de operações de hotéis cinco estrelas, resorts de luxo, hotéis boutique ou empreendimentos de hospitalidade exclusiva.Experiência comprovada na gestão de restaurantes e operações de Alimentos & Bebidas (A&B).Inglês avançado ou fluente – imprescindível.Vivência no atendimento a hóspedes VIPs, celebridades, artistas e clientes de alto poder aquisitivo.Conhecimento de padrões internacionais de hospitalidade, gastronomia e serviços de luxo.Experiência na liderança de equipes multidisciplinares.Capacidade de gerenciar simultaneamente hospedagem, restaurante e demais serviços operacionais.Disponibilidade para residir no litoral da Bahia.Flexibilidade de horários, conforme as necessidades da operação.Informações adicionaisExperiência em hotéis boutique de luxo com operação gastronômica própria.Vivência em restaurantes de alta gastronomia e serviços de padrão internacional.Experiência com atendimento privativo, concierge de luxo e eventos exclusivos.Passagem por empreendimentos reconhecidos pela excelência em hospitalidade e gastronomia.Conhecimento de outros idiomas.
