Local: Ribas do Rio Pardo - Mato Grosso do Sul

Horário: 8h diárias - Flexível - Disponibilidade para atuação em turnos (vagas para turno diurno ou noturno)

Esta vaga é extensiva a Pessoas com Deficiência (PCD).

Responsabilidades do cargo

  • Realizar entrevistas de investigação de fadiga e sonolência; Identificar fatores comportamentais, psicossociais, organizacionais e ocupacionais que possam ter contribuído para as ocorrências; Coletar, organizar e analisar informações relacionadas às investigações; Elaborar relatórios e recomendações preventivas; Apoiar ações de gestão de riscos relacionadas aos fatores humanos e à segurança operacional; Acompanhar a implementação das ações preventivas e seus resultados.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior em andamento ou completo em Psicologia;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para conduzir entrevistas;
  • Capacidade de análise, interpretação de informações e elaboração de relatórios;
  • Organização, discrição e habilidade para lidar com informações confidenciais.
