Principais responsabilidades

  • Definir e propor iniciativas, projetos e melhorias na área de Business Intelligence, alinhados aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa.
  • Identificar oportunidades de aplicação de dados e analytics para otimização de processos e resultados do negócio.
  • Estruturar e aprimorar arquiteturas de dados, Data Warehouses e processos de integração e transformação de informações.
  • Desenvolver e supervisionar soluções analíticas, dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Garantir a qualidade, consistência, integridade, segurança e disponibilidade das informações.
  • Estabelecer boas práticas de governança, modelagem e gestão de dados.
  • Garantir a performance, escalabilidade e confiabilidade das soluções de BI.
  • Desenvolver análises avançadas e transformar dados em insights que apoiem decisões estratégicas e operacionais.
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação e eficiência por meio de ferramentas e tecnologias de dados.
  • Atuar como referência técnica e estratégica para as áreas de negócio, conectando tecnologia, dados e objetivos organizacionais.
  • Orientar tecnicamente iniciativas e projetos de dados, acompanhando sua evolução e qualidade das entregas.
  • Promover a disseminação da cultura orientada a dados na organização.

Requisitos técnicos

  • Conhecimento avançado em Business Intelligence e Data Analytics.
  • Domínio de Microsoft Power BI e linguagem DAX.
  • Conhecimento avançado em SQL e modelagem de dados.
  • Experiência com arquitetura de Data Warehouse e processos ETL/ELT.
  • Conhecimento em computação em nuvem, especialmente AWS.
  • Conhecimento em Python e automação de processos.
  • Experiência com integração de fontes de dados e bancos de dados.
  • Conhecimento em governança, qualidade e segurança da informação.
