This role is vital to facilitating the pre-hire onboarding process for new hires. The HR Compliance Onboarding Coordinator coordinates all aspects of pre-hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees and compliance with company policies and procedures. This position serves as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, delivering a positive pre-hire onboarding experience. What You’ll Do
Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure new hires complete all required pre-hire documentation and compliance requirements. Verify education, licenses, and certifications and ensure TB compliance requirements are met. Coordinate required background checks across our Adult, Children’s, and Home, School, and Center-Based divisions. Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, supporting a positive and coordinated pre-hire onboarding experience. Maintain accurate, accessible compliance records, ensuring required documentation is properly stored. Support audit readiness by reviewing new hire records for completeness and compliance with company policies and procedures.
What You’ll Bring
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in pre-hire onboarding coordination or HR administration preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work professionally with employees at all levels. Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint. Familiarity with Dayforce or other HRIS platforms preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Flexibility and adaptability when priorities and deadlines change in a fast-paced environment.
