Teacher Assistant (TA) – May Center School, Wilmington, MA

Make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents (ages 5–21) with Autism and developmental disabilities! As a Teacher Assistant, you’ll provide direct classroom support, implement intervention strategies, and help students build critical skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Your Impact: -Support lead teachers in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). -Assist students with personal care and behavioral interventions. -Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. -Use ABA strategies to promote communication, social skills, and independence. -Document student progress and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

What You Need: -Age: 18+ -Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred -License: Current valid U.S. driver’s license -Availability: Full-time (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM, some flexibility); year-round program -Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, reliability, compassion, and adaptability
