The position strengthens cross-team coordination, reduces delays and rework, and supports consistent delivery processes and documentation. Significant technical, prioritization, resource, and final release decisions are escalated to the appropriate functional leaders.

Essential Job Functions

1. Functional Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate assigned technology product delivery and implementation projects, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource needs, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate UAT, release validation, deployment runbooks, release checklists, and other standardized delivery artifacts; prepare release-readiness information and recommendations.
  • Maintain RAID logs and facilitate timely resolution or escalation of project risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and required decisions.

2. Operational / Departmental Support

  • Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans and track agreed-upon acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate Engineering, QA, release management, professional services, Operations, and external vendors for releases and implementations; facilitate Agile delivery activities for assigned initiatives.
  • Coordinate data migration, integration testing, implementation cutover, post-launch monitoring, lessons learned, operational handoff, and project documentation with the appropriate functional owners.

3. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to applicable company delivery processes, change controls, documentation standards, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain required project records and reporting to support audit readiness and internal controls.
  • Identify and escalate delivery, compliance, vendor, data, and release risks as appropriate.

4. Financial / Performance Accountability

  • Support project budget adherence and vendor cost controls for assigned initiatives.
  • Monitor project delivery metrics, milestones, resource needs, and third-party deliverables.
  • Identify schedule, scope, or cost variances and escalate material impacts to the appropriate leaders.

5. Leadership / Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve departmental objectives and support effective delivery across teams.
  • Provide clear stakeholder updates regarding project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and project documentation while promoting company values and professional standards.

6. Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Performance Expectations & Key Metrics:

Performance will be evaluated based on measurable outcomes aligned with company and departmental goals. Key metrics include:

  • On-Time Delivery: Percentage of assigned releases and implementation milestones delivered to agreed schedule and scope.
  • Delivery Quality: Reduction in preventable delays, rework, and post-release issues attributable to delivery coordination.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Effectiveness of project communication, coordination, and overall delivery experience.
  • Process Adherence / Audit Readiness: Consistent completion and quality of required delivery artifacts, controls, and documentation.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Timely identification, escalation, and resolution of project risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Project Documentation: Quality and completeness of UAT plans, deployment runbooks, cutover checklists, RAID logs, status reporting, and post-implementation documentation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
