Job Description

  • At Mayo Clinic, you will experience:Patient care that comes first. Practice in an environment grounded in Mayo Clinic’s primary value: The needs of the patient come first. You’ll have the resources, technology, and support needed to provide exceptional anesthesia care. A growing anesthesia practice with room to grow with us. As our practice expands, we continue to develop specialty service lines and dedicated care teams. CRNAs have increasing opportunities to grow clinically, develop areas of expertise, contribute to practice development, and help shape the future of our department. A highly collaborative culture. Collaboration extends across our entire practice, including a highly engaged anesthesia team that values partnership, communication, and exceptional patient care. A broad and diverse clinical practice. Our hospital offers a wide range of specialties and case types across both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing variety and opportunities to maintain and expand your clinical skills. Meaningful practice autonomy. CRNAs have independent practice opportunities, including the ability to place: peripheral nerve blocks, spinal and epidural anesthetics. The CRNAs are also responsible for the Obstetric practice in Red Wing. Flexible scheduling and achievable work/life integration. Choose from a variety of scheduling options based on availability, including 8 and 10 hour shifts. Scheduling is managed through QGenda, with convenient access from your phone or computer. Rotating daily site schedule between core sites of Red Wing, Cannon Falls, and Lake City. There is potential/expectation to rotate to other non-core Minnesota operating and procedural sites if needed. Professional growth and career development. We invest in you throughout your career. Mayo Clinic education and in-service opportunities support re-licensure requirements while expanding your professional knowledge and clinical expertise. Generous continuing education benefits provide additional opportunities for ongoing development. Empowerment, collaboration, and mutual respect. As part of the anesthesia care team, you’ll help plan and deliver care with competence, compassion, and accountability. You’ll join a culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and respect for one another.
  • About the Red Wing Practice:What truly sets our practice apart is our people. We are a collegial, supportive group of CRNAs who genuinely care about one another—both professionally and personally. You’ll find teammates who celebrate your successes, support you through challenges, and develop relationships that extend beyond the workplace. Red Wing offers the best of both worlds: a welcoming community with a small-town feel and the flexibility to create the lifestyle that fits you best. Whether you prefer rural living, outdoor thrills, or convenient access to city amenities, you can find it here. The region offers exceptional public and private schools, four distinct seasons of outdoor recreation, and convenient access to an international airport within approximately 60 minutes—making Red Wing an outstanding place to build both a career and a life.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
