Deine Aufgaben:

Vertrieb & Kundenbetreuung

  • Aktive Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kunden in den Zielgruppen Lichtplaner, Architekten, Großhändler und Elektriker
  • Gezielte Neukundengewinnung in der Region Nordrhein-Westfalen, Hessen, Rheinland- Pfalz, Sachsen, Thüringen, Brandenburg
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen zu Planungsbüros, Architekturbüros, Elektrobetrieben und dem Fachgroßhandel

Marktentwicklung & Strategie

  • Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen und Entwicklung regionaler Vertriebsstrategien
  • Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbstrends in der Beleuchtungsbranche
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Marketing- und Produktteam zur Positionierung unseres Sortiments

Präsentation & Beratung

  • Professionelle Präsentation unseres Produktportfolios (Dekorativ, Outdoor, Technical Lighting) beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Kompetente Beratung zu Sortimentslösungen, Neuheiten und technischen Produkteigenschaften
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Branchenevents

Dein Profil

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb idealerweise in der Lichtbranche.
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk zu relevanten Kunden in der Region Nordrhein-Westfalen, Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Sachsen, Thüringen, Brandenburg
  • Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise bei Lichtplanern, Architekten, Großhändlern oder Elektrobetrieben
  • Produktwissen im Bereich Beleuchtung (dekorativ und/oder technisch) wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Vertriebstools und CRM-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse des Marktes von Vorteil und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region (Nordrhein-Westfalen, Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Sachsen, Thüringen, Brandenburg)
  • Teamfähigkeit und unternehmerisches Denken
