Technical Customer Service Specialist DACH (m/w/d)

🔧 Deine Aufgabe

Du wirst zu einem wichtigen technischen Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, Distributoren und Servicepartner in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden und Servicepartner
  • Betreuung von Servicefällen von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Lösungsfindung
  • Koordination mit Reparaturzentren, Technikern und internen Teams
  • Erkennen wiederkehrender Probleme und Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unseres Service
  • Organisation und Durchführung technischer Schulungen für Kunden und Servicepartner
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte und Technologien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams innerhalb der Maytronics Group

Requirements

Du musst kein Pool-Experte sein!

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit:

  • Technischem Hintergrund oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundenservice, After-Sales, technischen Support oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Ausgeprägter Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr guten Problemlösungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr guten Deutsch- und guten bis sehr guten Englischkenntnissen
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb der DACH-Region
