Description du poste

Rejoignez une équipe structurée en fiscalité patrimoniale et participez à une dynamique de développement ambitieuse dans le Grand Est et à l’international

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, Forvis Mazars Avocats recherche un(e) avocat(e) en fiscalité patrimoniale pour rejoindre son bureau de Strasbourg.

Vous intégrerez une équipe reconnue pour son expertise technique, son sens du conseil et son approche pragmatique des problématiques fiscales liées aux sujets patrimoniaux, au sein d'un cabinet d'avocats d'affaires bénéficiant d'un ancrage régional et d'une forte dimension internationale.

🎯 Vos missions

Au sein de l'équipe de droit fiscal, vous accompagnerez nos clients tant en conseil qu'en contentieux.

Vous interviendrez notamment sur les problématiques suivantes:

  • Transmission d’entreprises, françaises et étrangères
  • Planification successorale, principalement internationales
  • Management package
  • Structurations patrimoniales
  • Déclarations fiscales avec des aspects internationaux

Vous bénéficierez d'une autonomie réelle dans la gestion de vos dossiers, tout en évoluant dans un environnement collaboratif favorisant les échanges, la montée en compétences et le partage d'expertise. Vous serez amené(e) à prendre part à la supervision de travaux de collaborateurs.

Qualifications

Titulaire du CAPA, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 à 7 ans acquise en cabinet d'avocats, en entreprise ou dans un environnement comparable.

En raison de la dimension internationale de nombreux dossiers, la maîtrise de la langue anglaise est indispensable.
