Dans un contexte de forte croissance de notre activité, nous recherchons un(e) Avocat collaborateur en droit fiscal pour renforcer notre équipe.

Description du poste

En tant que collaborateur(trice) au sein du département Fiscal, vous interviendrez sur des dossiers variés confiés en synergie avec les équipes Corporate/M&A et Social.

Votre domaine d’intervention couvrira notamment la fiscalité des sociétés et des groupes, les opérations de restructuration, les acquisitions et cessions d’entreprises, les due diligences fiscales, la fiscalité des dirigeants, la fiscalité immobilière, la fiscalité des organismes sans but lucratif ainsi que les contrôles et contentieux fiscaux.

Vous participerez à l’accompagnement quotidien des clients, à la structuration d’opérations de réorganisation, à la rédaction de consultations et rescrits fiscaux, à la conduite de due diligences fiscales, à la gestion des contrôles et contentieux fiscaux ainsi qu’au développement des relations clients.

Le poste est basé à Villeneuve d'Ascq.

Qualifications

Vous êtes titulaire du CAPA et vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 à 4 ans acquise en cabinet d'avocats, en entreprise ou dans un environnement comparable et d’un Master 2 en droit fiscal, DJCE ou diplôme équivalent.

Vous disposez de solides compétences en fiscalité des entreprises, restructurations et contentieux fiscal.

En raison de la dimension internationale des dossiers, la maîtrise de la langue anglaise est nécessaire.
