En Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Forvis Mazars Avocats regroupe plus d’une vingtaine d’avocats et de professionnels du droit qui interviennent en droit fiscal, droit social et droit des affaires (droit des sociétés, contrats…).

À Lyon, le Cabinet accompagne principalement ses clients dans la gestion de leurs politiques fiscales, notamment en matière de fiscalité des entreprises aux niveaux national et international (impôt sur les sociétés, fiscalité des groupes, fiscalité des transactions et opérations ponctuelles…), de fiscalité des dirigeants, de fiscalité indirecte (TVA et douanes), de prix de transfert et de mobilité internationale, ainsi qu’en matière de contrôle fiscal et de contentieux.

Dans le cadre du développement de son activité et afin de compléter son équipe, le Cabinet lyonnais recherche un(e) fiscaliste, idéalement diplômé(e) du CAPA, disposant de 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en cabinet d’avocats et/ou en entreprise dans le domaine de la fiscalité des entreprises.

Description du poste

Vous intégrerez l’équipe dédiée à la fiscalité des entreprises et serez ainsi amené(e) à intervenir dans les contextes suivants :

  • Accompagnement de sociétés françaises et/ou étrangères dans la gestion de leurs politiques fiscales ;
  • Accompagnement dans le cadre d’opérations de restructuration et de structuration ;
  • Accompagnement, en collaboration avec les équipes finance, droit social, droit des affaires et sustainability du cabinet Forvis Mazars, dans le cadre d’audits contractuels (à l’achat et à la vente) ;
  • Accompagnement dans la gestion de la fiscalité indirecte des sociétés et des entités de type OSBL, notamment dans le secteur public ;
  • Accompagnement des sociétés et groupes dans la gestion et la structuration de leur politique de prix de transfert ;
  • Accompagnement de dirigeants dans le cadre de la structuration de leur patrimoine ;
  • Accompagnement fiscal dans le cadre d’un audit légal ;
  • Assistance en matière de contrôle fiscal, de précontentieux et de contentieux ;
  • Formations internes et externes.

Le poste est basé à Lyon et est à pourvoir immédiatement.

Qualifications

Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience de 2 à 4 ans au sein d’un cabinet d’avocats d’affaires et/ou en entreprise et avez acquis une expertise généraliste en matière de fiscalité des entreprises.

Vous êtes titulaire du CAPA ou disposez a minima d’un Master 2 en fiscalité (DJCE, université, double diplôme…).

Une très bonne connaissance de l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, est un plus dans la mesure où certains de nos clients évoluent dans un contexte international.

Autonome et proactif(ve), vous souhaitez vous investir au sein d’un cabinet à taille humaine et jouer un rôle dans son développement. Vos qualités relationnelles, votre capacité à transmettre vos connaissances aux plus jeunes, vos qualités d’analyse ainsi que votre goût du service et de la qualité rendue aux clients seront autant d’atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.
