Description du poste

LE POSTE

Pour nous accompagner, nous recherchons au sein de nos équipes :

Un(e) Gestionnaire de Paie en CDD

Au sein d’une équipe dynamique , vous serez chargé(e) d'accompagner votre portefeuille clients multi-conventions dans sa gestion du traitement de la paie et des ressources humaines.

Après une période de formation sur nos process et outils, vous prenez progressivement en main votre portefeuille clients.

Vous serez être en charge des tâches suivantes :

Gérer les bulletins de salaire :

  • Collecter et contrôler les variables de paie transmises par nos clients
  • Calculer les éléments de rémunération

Gérer les charges sociales :

  • Faire les déclarations sociales;
  • Gérer les relations avec les organismes sociaux (URSSAF, caisses de retraite.. );
  • Assurer le traitement, le contrôle et le suivi des cotisations mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles

Gérer l’administration du personnel :

  • gérer les entrées et sorties des salariés (paramétrages, intégration en paie, établissement des formalités d'embauche)
  • assurer le process d'intégration et de sortie des salariés

Participer activement aux projets et évolutions des outils mis à disposition de nos clients (coffre-fort, SIRH).

Qualifications

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

Diplômé(e) d'une formation sociale, idéalement vous justifiez d’une expérience de 2 ans, acquise sur un poste similaire en cabinet d'expertise comptable.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, votre rigueur et vous avez un bon relationnel qui vous sert auprès des clients, mais aussi des collaborateurs du cabinet.

La connaissance de l'outil Silae serait un atout supplémentaire.
