Description du poste

Le cabinet accompagne une clientèle composée de groupes familiaux, PME, ETI, fondations, associations et dirigeants. Son activité est principalement dédiée au droit fiscal, tant en conseil qu’en contentieux, avec une forte expertise en fiscalité des entreprises, opérations de restructuration, due diligences fiscales, fiscalité patrimoniale et fiscalité des organismes sans but lucratif.

Au sein de l’équipe fiscale, et en coopération avec les autres lignes de métier, vous interviendrez sur des missions variées telles que :

  • recherches juridiques et fiscales,
  • rédaction de consultations,
  • participation aux audits et due diligences fiscales,
  • assistance dans le cadre de contrôles et contentieux fiscaux,
  • préparation de notes techniques et participation aux rendez-vous clients.

Date de stage à convenir.

Une collaboration pourra être envisagée à l'issue du stage selon le profil et les besoins du cabinet.

Qualifications

Diplômé(e) d'un Master 2 en droit fiscal, DJCE ou cursus équivalent, vous pouvez vous appuyer sur de solides connaissances en matière de fiscalité des entreprises et/ou des particuliers.

Vous disposez de bases comptables vous permettant d’appréhender les états financiers annuels d’une société. Vous maîtrisez l'anglais oral et écrit.

Autonome et rigoureux, votre sens du travail en équipe et vos qualités pédagogiques vous permettront de réussir dans ce poste.
