A Mazzatech está em busca de profissionais para atuar como Analista de Suporte/Sistemas Júnior em um de nossos clientes, uma empresa multinacional de tecnologia especializada em soluções corporativas e transformação digital.

Buscamos profissionais com experiência em suporte técnico que desejam ampliar sua atuação para a área de sistemas, desenvolvendo conhecimentos em aplicações corporativas, bancos de dados e integrações.

É uma oportunidade para quem possui perfil analítico, gosta de resolver problemas e deseja evoluir tecnicamente em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários, realizando atendimento presencial e por canais como Jira e WhatsApp.
  • Investigar e solucionar incidentes relacionados a hardware, software e aplicações corporativas.
  • Realizar instalação, configuração e manutenção de notebooks e sistemas operacionais Windows.
  • Apoiar a análise de sistemas e aplicações, identificando falhas e propondo soluções.
  • Realizar consultas em bancos de dados para análise de informações e elaboração de relatórios.
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de integrações entre sistemas e processos operacionais.
  • Elaborar e atualizar documentações técnicas e procedimentos internos.
  • Participar das atividades de fechamento mensal, garantindo a continuidade das operações.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento na área de Tecnologia da Informação.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em suporte técnico ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Conhecimentos em Windows, instalação, configuração e manutenção de notebooks.
  • Experiência com atendimento a usuários e resolução de incidentes.
  • Conhecimentos em bancos de dados e consultas SQL.
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office.
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
  • Boa comunicação, organização, proatividade e capacidade analítica.
  • Residir no município de São Paulo e ter disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial na região do Morumbi.
  • Disponibilidade para horas extras durante os fechamentos mensais, principalmente na primeira e na última semana do mês.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com suporte a sistemas e aplicações corporativas.
  • Conhecimento em processos logísticos e sistemas ERP.
  • Familiaridade com SAP e Blue Yonder TMS.
  • Conhecimentos em integrações de sistemas, APIs e ETL.
  • Conhecimentos em Python, Java ou .NET.
  • Familiaridade com Linux, Docker, Jenkins ou Talend.
  • Experiência com análise de aplicações, incluindo componentes de front-end e back-end.
