O que buscamos:

Pessoa advogada, com experiência em Direito Público e Contencioso Administrativo, especialmente junto a Tribunais de Contas e organizações sociais. Trata-se de uma posição com foco em redação jurídica, análise profunda de temas complexos e atuação em projetos multidisciplinares, atendendo clientes com elevado nível de exigência técnica e estratégica.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Gestão de processos administrativos e controle de prazos
  • Acompanhamento de andamentos processuais e elaboração de relatórios.
  • Redação de manifestações, defesas administrativas, pareceres e relatórios técnicos.
  • Participação em sessões de julgamento e sustentações orais.
  • Reuniões estratégicas com clientes para discussão de teses e direcionamentos.
  • Interface com outras áreas do escritório para construção conjunta de estudos e pareceres.
  • Produção contínua de peças jurídicas complexas, com alto nível de aprofundamento técnico.

O que é necessário:

  • 4 a 5 anos de formado.
  • Experiência em Direito Público e Administrativo, especialmente em: Tribunal de Contas, Licitações e Organizações sociais.
