MB Rengøring ApS søger en engageret og struktureret driftskoordinator til en fuldtidsstilling.

MB Rengøring ApS leverer professionelle rengørings- og serviceydelser til erhvervskunder på forskellige lokationer. Vi søger en medarbejder, som kan være med til at sikre en stabil og effektiv daglig drift gennem planlægning, koordinering, kundekontakt og opfølgning på virksomhedens opgaver.

Som driftskoordinator bliver du en vigtig del af den daglige drift og får ansvar for at koordinere arbejdsopgaver, følge op på bemanding og sikre, at vores aftaler med kunderne bliver gennemført som planlagt.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

  • Koordinering af daglige rengørings- og serviceopgaver
  • Planlægning og opfølgning på arbejdsplaner og bemanding
  • Fordeling af opgaver i samarbejde med ledelsen
  • Løbende kontakt med kunder omkring den daglige drift
  • Håndtering af ændringer, ekstraopgaver og særlige kundeønsker
  • Opfølgning på deadlines og igangværende opgaver
  • Koordinering ved sygdom, fravær og ændringer i bemandingen
  • Kvalitetsopfølgning på udførte opgaver
  • Registrering og opfølgning på materialer, udstyr og forbrugsvarer
  • Intern koordinering mellem medarbejdere og ledelse
  • Opfølgning på arbejdsbeskrivelser og virksomhedens procedurer
  • Praktisk deltagelse i rengørings- og serviceopgaver efter behov

Stillingen kræver, at du kan bevare overblikket over flere opgaver samtidig og arbejde struktureret i en hverdag, hvor der kan opstå ændringer med kort varsel.

Erfaring fra rengørings-, service-, drifts- eller koordinationsområdet vil være en fordel. Erfaring med kundekontakt, arbejdsplanlægning eller koordinering af medarbejdere vil ligeledes være relevant.

Arbejdet foregår på forskellige kundeadresser, og der vil derfor ikke nødvendigvis være ét fast arbejdssted.

Stillingen er på fuld tid og er en fast stilling.
