All’interno della Direzione “Operations”, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un “Electro-Mechanical Engineer”.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

  • Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettrica o Elettronica
  • Votazione minima: 80/110

Esperienza professionale

  • da 2 a 5 anni di esperienza in progettazione di apparati e sistemi elettromeccanici complessi

Attività previste per il ruolo:

La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Analisi requisiti di sistema, flowdown e specificazione dei requisiti verso assiemi e sottoassiemi.
  • Esecuzione di studi sulla fattibilità di assiemi nella scelta della modalità progettuale/esecutiva più opportuna.
  • Definizione architettura HW e sviluppo di progetto di sistemi elettromeccanici complessi.
  • Analisi specialistiche per dimensionamento progetto.
  • Copertura di tutte le fasi di un progetto dal concetto, al modello 3D, alle analisi, alla documentazione ed alla verifica funzionale.
  • Coordinamento e supporto tecnico ai subcontractor per la fornitura delle unità necessarie alla integrazione dei prototipi dei sistemi.
  • Work package Management delle attività di Design e Prototipazione di Apparati elettromeccanici complessi.
  • In logica di “concurrent engineering” con enti di produzione contribuisce alla definizione del prodotto per il rispetto dei requisiti di riproducibilità e di costo.
  • Supporto tecnico al ciclo produttivo (assemblaggio elettro-meccanico, integrazione a livello superiore, collaudo elettro-meccanico)
  • Supervisione alla esecuzione di test di funzionamento, validazione e qualifica di assiemi e sottoassiemi.

Competenze Professionali:

  • Analisi e definizione di requisiti funzionali per sistemi elettromeccanici complessi.
  • Sviluppo di schemi di interconnessioni elettriche
  • Progettazione elettrica di apparati.
  • Definizione di tipologie di cavo e connettori per i cablaggi secondo le normative attuali
  • Definizione architettura di sistemi ed apparati elettrici e elettronici.
  • Sviluppo del progetto di assiemi e sottoassiemi, supporto tecnico nelle fasi di realizzazione, integrazione, collaudo, validazione funzionale e qualifica
  • Modellazione 3D e 2D di sistemi elettro-meccanici complessi.
  • Definizione requisiti per fasi di integrazione, collaudo e troubleshooting.
  • Tools: autocad, creo, sw diagnostici e di test.

Conoscenze linguistiche:

  • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
