Wij zijn een toonaangevende metaalgroothandel met een breed scala aan klanten in diverse sectoren. Onze benadering gaat verder dan alleen transacties; we streven ernaar om echte partnerschappen op te bouwen waarbij we nauw samenwerken met onze klanten om hun behoeften op lange termijn te begrijpen en te vervullen.

Wat we zoeken:

  • We zijn op zoek naar een empathische en proactieve professional die niet alleen gefocust is op het sluiten van deals, maar ook op het opbouwen van waardevolle relaties.
  • Je moet in staat zijn om jezelf in de schoenen van onze klanten te plaatsen, hun uitdagingen te begrijpen en oplossingen aan te bieden die echt van toegevoegde waarde zijn.
  • Het vermogen om met grote getallen te werken en effectief prioriteiten te stellen is essentieel, evenals een gestructureerde en planmatige aanpak.
  • Iemand die de verantwoordelijkheid van een eigen klantenportefeuille met fierheid draagt en een goed gesprek niet schuwt.
  • Minimaal een hoger diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Degelijke kennis Nederlands en Frans.
  • Niet nodig: ervaring in de metaalsector, we hebben een degelijk inwerktraject, waarin we je de kneepjes van het vak leren.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

Actief luisteren naar de behoeften van klanten en het aanbieden van oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun specifieke situatie. Het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke, vertrouwensvolle relaties met klanten op lange termijn. Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen binnen onze organisatie om de klantbehoeften goed te begrijpen en op te volgen. Het bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van strategieën om de klanttevredenheid te verhogen en nieuwe groeikansen te identificeren. Het zorgvuldig documenteren van klantinteracties en het bijhouden van relevante gegevens om trends te analyseren en kansen te identificeren.
